Build a product, and get people to actually buy it.
The exact system I used to grow a Threads account from 290 to more than 50,000 followers and turn that attention into real sales, with no ads, no team, and without ever going on camera. The formats that go viral over and over, the reply move, and the way the algorithm actually works, with the real numbers behind every page.
Seven days from now, you could be live: a product built, a week of posts scheduled, and a list of your own.
Most people never get past the idea, but you will.

I almost quit at 290 followers
For about five months, I posted into near-total silence. A few dozen views on a good day, the odd like, and after all of it, 290 followers. I was doing it wrong in almost every way, and I came very close to walking away for good, convinced I just was not built for this. Then I stopped guessing and wrote one post for one specific person. It did more than 28,000 views. The floor of the account lifted that week and never dropped back, and everything in this guide is what I built from that moment on, once I finally understood what actually moves on this platform.
Most digital products do not fail because they are bad. They fail because nobody sees them, so nobody buys.
Maybe you have already made something and watched it go nowhere: up on Gumroad, the link shared once or twice, then silence. A few views, no sales, the kind of silence that makes you wonder if you got it wrong. Or maybe you have not built anything yet. You know you could, you just do not know what to make, or whether anyone would pay for it.
So the product was never really the problem. If you have not made anything yet, that is fine, I will walk you through what to build and how, and it is simpler than most people think. The bigger piece, the part almost nobody teaches you, is everything that comes after: getting real people to actually notice you, and turning that attention into someone reaching for their card. That is what I had to figure out the hard way. One account, posting in public for the better part of a year, no shortcuts and no audience handed to me. I kept what worked, and wrote it all down.
What it feels like when it works
It starts small, and then it stops feeling small at all. The first sale notification from someone you have never spoken to. Opening your phone to forty new followers you did not have last night. A post you wrote passing a hundred thousand views while you slept. People in your replies asking how to get what you are selling, instead of scrolling past. That is what an audience paying real attention feels like, and it is the whole reason to do any of this.
I am not going to call myself a guru. Here are the receipts.
- followers
- 290 → 50,000+
- new followers a month, for seven months
- 7,000+
- views a month
- Millions

This account (@alexperikleous_) spent its first months going nowhere, posting into near-silence, and had only clawed its way to 290 followers before anything worked. Then I started running the exact system in this guide, and over the seven months since it has averaged more than 7,000 new followers a month. That is roughly 250 a day, on average, every day, without a single ad and without a team.
Those are my numbers, from my account, and most of them are sitting on my profile right now where you can check them. They show what the system is capable of when it is run properly. What it does for you will be your own story, built on the same engine.

Real sales. Real strangers. Real money.
Growing an audience is only half of it. The system also sold a product. My first digital product, the Remote Pro Playbook, sold to people who found me on Threads, at a range of prices as I worked out what it was worth. Here are the notifications, straight from Gumroad.

These are sales of my first product, in a different niche. Proof that attention built this way turns into buyers, which is the whole point of the Engine.
An audience worth building
Growth only matters if the people are real and engaged. That first product earned feedback like this, from real buyers who found me here.

I built an engaged audience and sold a digital product that got feedback like this. The Engine is how I did it, written down.
What is inside
The Threads Engine is the complete system, written as a guide you can read in an afternoon and start using the same day. Every part is something the account actually does, with the numbers that show it works.
Niche clarity.
How to pick the one person you write for, and why that single decision is what makes the algorithm carry you.
The content formats that go viral, again and again.
The exact post types that grew this account, the ones behind the posts that repeatedly break past 100,000 views, what each is for, and the real view counts behind them.
The reply move.
The highest-leverage thing I do every day, which drives more follows than any post, and almost nobody does it on purpose.
How the algorithm actually decides.
What Threads rewards, read from months of my own data rather than guesswork, so you stop posting into the void.
The email list.
How I turn a viral post into signups, so a borrowed audience becomes one you keep.
The monetisation layer.
How I introduced a product without burning the trust I had built, and how to tell which posts actually sell.
The numbers.
The real account data behind all of it, so you can watch the system working rather than take my word.
Every section ends with a “Run it on your account” block that turns the idea into the exact moves to make on yours.
No face. No camera. No problem.
Every format here is a text post, and the reply move is text too. You never have to get on camera or become an influencer to make this work. This account grew past 50,000 followers on writing alone. There is a whole faceless world on Threads building and selling digital products from behind a keyboard, and if that is you, or you want it to be, this was built for exactly that.
Six tools to run it, not just read it
The guide is the system. These six are how you build it in a week instead of only reading about it. Each one would stand on its own as a product; priced separately they add up fast, and here they come together.

Bonus 01
The 7-Day Setup Plan
$49 on its own
The whole build, broken into seven days with one job each. On day one you choose the person you write for; by day seven you have a product built, a checkout live, a capture page in place, and a full first week of posts scheduled. Each day takes an hour or two, not a heroic weekend, so momentum builds instead of burning out. This is the difference between reading the system and actually running it, and the fix for anyone who has ever stalled at “I know what to do, I just have not started.”

Bonus 02
The Swipe Library
$39 on its own
Every format that carried the account, written as a fill-in-the-blank skeleton with a real example and the hooks that made it work. The proven formats plus a hook bank you can pull from any day you sit down to post. You never face a blank screen again: you pick a shape that already works and drop your topic in. This one alone can save you the months of guessing it took me to find what travels.

Bonus 03
The Posting Planner
$19 on its own
A weekly rhythm built on the exact mix of formats that worked, so you always know what to post on any given day. Decide the week in one sitting, then just show up and post. It is the thing that keeps you consistent through the slow early months, which is the only stretch where most people quit, and the stretch the whole system is built to carry you through.

Bonus 04
100+ Products You Could Build
$15 on its own
Over a hundred digital product ideas, sorted by who you serve and what you make, so the “I do not know what to sell” wall disappears. Built to pair with day two of the Setup Plan: scan for the one that matches your person and a problem you genuinely understand, and start. The best product is usually the boring, specific one you can finish this week, and this bank is full of them.

Bonus 05
How I Built the Playbook
$29 on its own
A real digital product, taken completely apart. The Google Doc it started as, the Canva cover, the Gumroad page, the exact prices I ran, and what I would change. Not theory about making a product, but the actual anatomy of one that sold to strangers, so you can copy the path instead of inventing it from scratch.

Bonus 06
The AI Prompt Pack
$49 on its own
Copy-paste prompts that turn a strong AI model into a post engine for your niche. Fill in one context block about your world, then generate a week of on-format posts in minutes, in your voice rather than generic AI output. It is the fastest way to never run out of things to post, with the rule that keeps it honest: you bring the real specifics, the AI brings the shape.
Is this for you?
This is for you if:
- You can build something, or already have, and the wall you keep hitting is getting people to see it and buy it.
- You have not made anything yet and are not sure what to build or where to begin, and you want to be walked from a blank page to a live product.
- You are starting on Threads from scratch, or close to it, and you want a system instead of guesswork.
- You want to build this without showing your face or getting on camera.
- You are willing to post consistently, not just a few days.
- You are tired of advice from people who will not show you a single real number.
This is not for you if:
- You want a magic button or an overnight result.
- You are not willing to put in an hour a day for the first while.
- You want someone to hand you a finished business you never have to run.
- You would rather buy hype than a system with the proof attached.

About Alex
I left a tech career and started posting on Threads with zero followers and no plan. For about five months almost nobody saw it. Then one post written for one specific person changed everything, and I spent the months that followed turning that into a system: more than 50,000 followers, millions of views a month, and a first product that sold to strangers who found me here. I worked this out in public and wrote down exactly what happened.

Building is only half the job.
The other half is getting people to see it and buy it. This gives you both: the 7-day plan that takes you from nothing to a live product, and the system that puts it in front of the right people and sells it.
